Completing a project is a busy and exciting time. We can manage all aspects of the delivery process to ensure a smooth turnover to homeowners, commercial tenants, the building manager, or operator. This includes the sales closing process, homeowner and tenant orientations, contractor deficiencies, strata or association start-up, and project close-out.
