Home to Whistler Blackcomb, one of the largest ski resorts in North America, the stunning landscape, pedestrian-only Village and genuine, down-to-earth mountain culture make Whistler one of Canada’s favorite destinations. With in-resort experience dating back to 1987, Whistler holds a special place in our hearts.

As owner of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains and substantial development lands for a long period of time, Intrawest played in a key role in the development of this world class resort destination. The early 2000’s were a particularly busy time in real estate development with the completion of almost 1,000 units throughout the resort, and a new day-skier parkade and commercial village at Whistler Creekside. Some of the projects completed under Paul’s leadership during this time included the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, Four Seasons Private Residences, Pan Pacific Whistler Village Center, Creekside, Storied Places at Taluswood, Kadenwood and the Spring Creek Neighbourhood.
