Fairwinds Community & Resort is Vancouver Island’s premier master-planned oceanfront community.
The Fairwinds development team engaged Koru Pacific to advise on implementation strategies and processes for the development of two new neighbourhoods when they were approved by the Regional District of Nanaimo.
Ucluelet Vancouver Island
Koru Pacific was engaged to conduct a strategic analysis and evaluate potential alternative development scenarios to help re-position an insolvent project in Ucluelet, BC.
Wyndansea was a proposed 380-acre master-planned oceanfront resort community located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, featuring a 5-star hotel and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. When the original developer was unable to activate the project, the new land owner required strategic alternatives to help them monetize their land investment.
Couverdon,British Columbia
Couverdon is the real estate business of TimberWest Forest Corp., the largest private landowner on Vancouver Island.
Couverdon is active from Sooke to Campbell River and works closely with communities on creative ways that their land can help meet a diversity of real estate needs. Koru Pacific worked with Couverdon and TimberWest to build and test alternative development scenarios, defining an implementation strategy and creating a business plan for identifying the highest and best use of their potential development lands.
