Koru Pacific was retained to assist our client with master planning, development strategy and financial analysis on their truly spectacular Remarkables Park project in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Remarkables Park is a multi-precinct 150-hectare waterfront development situated in the centre of the expanding Queenstown region, one of the fastest growing districts in New Zealand. With the commercial Town Centre of Remarkables Park already attracting several million visitors per year, Koru Pacific worked with our client on several initiatives including a proposed gondola, a regional convention center and Remarkables Quay, a 1,040-unit master planned resort village.
