Located just one block from the historic Healdsburg town Plaza, the 10-acre Mill District is the new gateway into Healdsburg. This Replay Destiantions project will include a 53-key boutique hotel, 138 condominiums, 30 middle-income condominiums, and 40 affordable housing units.

40 affordable housing units were completed in 2023. The first phase of condominiums call Canopy, designed by Olson Kunding, were complete in 2024. The boutique hotel as well as a luxury residential amenity building are scheduled to start construction in 2025.
