41 affordable housing units were completed in 2024. The first phase of condominiums called Canopy, designed by Olson Kunding, were complete in 2024. The Poolhouse, a luxury residential amenity and retail building was completed in 2026. Alyvia, Healdsburg’s newest luxury boutique hotel is expected to start construction in 2027.

Mill District, California

Located just one block from the historic Healdsburg town Plaza, the 10-acre Mill District is the new gateway into Healdsburg. This Replay Destinations project will include a 53-key boutique hotel, 138 condominiums, 29 middle-income condominiums, and 41 affordable housing units.
