Halfmoon Bay, Antigua

Koru Pacific was retained to provide and evaluate alternate development strategies for Half Moon Bay in Antigua, followed by master planning and financial analysis to document and describe the preferred development approach.

Half Moon Bay Antigua was envisioned to redefine the paradigm of the Caribbean resort experience and elevate the meaning of ultra-luxury island living. A place where meditation and recreation coexist, where adventure and sanctuary intersect, and where unrivaled topography and a white crescent beach are the backdrop for both. Half Moon Bay Antigua is the only Caribbean destination of its kind.

The previous master plan for Half Moon Bay included a Rosewood Hotel with 47 pavilion style hotel suites, 25 Rosewood Branded Residences, and a number of Estate Lots.
Koru Pacific evaluated a number of master planning options to arrive at a revised business plan and master plan that was more creative, efficient and financially viable.
