Koru Pacific advised management on the preparation of a new vision and proposed re-positioning of Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, a 2,500 acre resort property located in BC’s beautiful Columbia Valley.
We assisted our client with the formulation of a development and capital improvement strategy, and outlined a potential approach to master planning, product positioning, amenity requirements, capital improvement projects, development concepts and phasing strategy.
Panorama BC Interior
Panorama is a year-round destination ski and golf resort located in BC’s beautiful Purcell Mountains, 18km west of the town of Invermere.
Intrawest made a significant investment in mountain infrastructure and developed both mountain base and golf oriented real estate projects that define the Panorama Mountain experience, including Panorama Springs Lodge and Pools, Summit Lodge, 1000 Peaks Lodge, The Lookout, Aurora Townhomes, Copper Grove, and Wolf Lake.
