Sagebrush Golf Club, Quilchena BC

Koru Pacific was retained to provide development management services for the proposed real estate component of Sagebrush Golf Club, including product concept planning, feasibility, entitlements and development.

Sagebrush Golf Club is, quite simply, the best expression of links golf in Western Canada. The course is “one of one” in its adherence to tour quality, minimalist golf standards, links-style playability, and a laid-back Ranch land culture. To preserve its unique feel, the course accommodates no more than 56 guests each day (about one-quarter of a typical course daily play), and this low-volume approach ensures a very intimate and exceptional experience for all our guests who visit. The Sagebrush experience is unique in that it offers enjoyment for golfers of all skill levels while also captivating the most discerning of golf aficionados.

Predator Ridge Resort, Vernon BC

Koru Pacific was retained to provide comprehensive planning, financial analysis, and due diligences services to support the potential acquisition of this master planned resort residential community, with a future development potential of over 1,100 units and additional commercial and amenity offerings.

Predator Ridge is one of Canada’s leading four-season resort communities featuring distinct neighbourhoods of award-winning homes nestled amidst 36 holes of championship golf, with exceptional accommodation, dining, retail and amenities.

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort BC Interior

Koru Pacific advised management on the preparation of a new vision and proposed re-positioning of Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, a 2,500 acre resort property located in BC’s beautiful Columbia Valley.

We assisted our client with the formulation of a development and capital improvement strategy, and outlined a potential approach to master planning, product positioning, amenity requirements, capital improvement projects, development concepts and phasing strategy.

Panorama BC Interior

Panorama is a year-round destination ski and golf resort located in BC’s beautiful Purcell Mountains, 18km west of the town of Invermere.

Intrawest made a significant investment in mountain infrastructure and developed both mountain base and golf oriented real estate projects that define the Panorama Mountain experience, including Panorama Springs Lodge and Pools, Summit Lodge, 1000 Peaks Lodge, The Lookout, Aurora Townhomes, Copper Grove, and Wolf Lake.
