At the foot of Camelback Mountain, the Phoenician sits in one of the most envied locations in the regions. A Replay Destinations project, Ascent at the Phoenician is an exclusive new residential enclave at the base of the mountain and adjacent to The Phoenician and it’s new championship golf course.

Ascent includes 193 homes in 4 distinct villa and condominium projects and an expansive residential amenity, the Mountain Club. The Golf Villas were completed in 2023, the Mountain Club was completed in 2024 and the first condominium project, Mountainside Residences, was completed in early 2025. The second Condominium project, Camelback Residences, will complete in in mid-2025. The final phase of condominiums, Ascent by Olson Kundig, will start construction in mid-2025.
