Featuring 38 luxury homes in a 15-story building, The River set a new standard for luxury, and pricing, in the Calgary market. The River was completed by Ledcor in 2015.

Cascata Alberta

Cascata is an up-market boutique-sized condominium development in the heart of the Mission District by Ledcor.

A development permit is now in place for this project, which will include 45 residential units in a 15-story concrete building with 4 levels of underground parking.
