Zambia
Koru Pacific supported, on a volunteer basis, the planning and design process for a two-classroom science block at the Baraka Learning Center in Zambia. Construction and fit-out of the project is funded by the Koru Pacific Foundation.
Halfmoon Bay, Antigua
Koru Pacific was retained to provide and evaluate alternate development strategies for Half Moon Bay in Antigua, followed by master planning and financial analysis to document and describe the preferred development approach.
Deer Valley, Utah
Koru Pacific was retained to provide concept planning and due diligences services to support the potential acquisition of a portfolio of development lands in Deer Crest at Deer Valley in Utah.

Koru Pacific conducted a feasibility review for a proposed 250-acre beachfront resort near the surfing resort town of Mancora in Northern Peru. Our client’s vision was to create a destination resort community including hotels, residential real estate and a golf course targeting the North American market.
