The Koru is a Maori symbol based on the shape of an unfurling silver fern frond.
Its circular shape conveys the idea of perpetual movement and its inward coil suggests a return to the point of origin, symbolizing the way in which life both changes and stays the same. In art, the Koru is used as a symbol of creation, new beginnings, growth, harmony, peace and tranquility.
In the word Pacific, we find our own regional context, design and philosophical inspiration, and a reflection of our respect for the natural environment.
We believe that creative placemaking, thoughtful design, and carefully curated experiences are fundamental to the creation of truly memorable real estate projects.
We use our international experience and local knowledge to combine these planning principles with a disciplined approach to project execution.
